Refund, Transfer, & Cancellation Policy

We recognize that enrolling in the NARM Therapist Training is a commitment on several levels, one of which is financial. Participants are expected to attend for the duration of the training for which they are enrolled and to make tuition payments on time. Although we also recognize that under certain conditions, students may have to cancel or withdraw. Partial refunds may be available to students who cancel their registration or withdraw their enrollment from a training, provided they adhere to this Refund Policy:

  • Full refunds will be given if a training is cancelled by us.

  • A full refund, less a $100.00 USD cancellation fee, will be issued for students cancelling at least 30 days prior to the start date of the training.

    • For students that pay in full and withdraw mid-training, the appropriate prorated amount will be refunded.

  • Students cancelling within 30 days of a training start date will be refunded 50% of their total module tuition.

    • For students that pay in full and withdraw mid-training, the appropriate prorated amount will be refunded.

  • No refund will be issued for no‐shows or if registration is cancelled within 24 hours before the training. No exceptions will be made.

  • Partial refunds are not awarded for those who miss portions of the live online training.

To cancel your registration you must email admin@narmtraining.com at least one week prior to the subsequent training weekend.
