NARM Active Coaching Group
with Brad Kammer, Stefanie Klein, and Marcia Black
The intention of this NARM Active Coaching Group is to create another ongoing, experiential learning opportunity for the NARM community. In these groups, NARM Faculty will be facilitating active coaching practice, as well as group debriefs of the active coaching group. Whether you have the opportunity to be the therapist, client or observer, as you know from the trainings, active coaching is such a valuable way to continue integrating and deepening into the NARM approach.
This group will be open to any NARM Students who are enrolled or have completed Level 2 NARM Therapist Training or beyond (which includes those that are in Level 3 and 4 Trainings).
We are excited for you to join us for ongoing exploration and continued refinement of the NARM model, and ongoing connection as a NARM community.

NARM Faculty will facilitate 2 active coaching practice sessions over the course of the group.
NARM Faculty will ask for 2 volunteers to be therapists and 2 volunteers to be clients per group.
If there are more than 4 volunteers, NARM Faculty will hold a random lottery to select the therapists and clients for that group.
By signing up for these groups, please be aware that you may not be able to participate as therapist or client, and may be an observer during this group.
We hope that all observers will be active participants in the learning process, and all observers will be invited to participate in debriefs as well as sharing comments and questions throughout the group
We ask that each participant be muted during the group unless you are speaking to the facilitator or participating in the active coaching practice.
During discussion time, we encourage you to leave your video on as it helps support social engagement.
During active coaching practice, we ask that only the therapist, client and facilitator have their cameras on.
You are welcome to type in any questions or comments you may have into the chat.
Please be mindful of the length of your chats, as the provider will need to be reading multiple chats throughout the group.
You may also use the raise hand feature if you’d like to talk directly to the facilitator.
We will do the best we can to engage with all the chats/raised hands, but please know that we cannot guarantee we will have time to address everyone’s comments and questions.
If not getting your questions answered or being chosen to participate will be an issue for you, we’d ask for you to not participate in this Active Coaching Group.
